Code of Conduct

With our Code of Conduct we have drawn up binding rules of conduct to which all employees of the Crespel & Deiters Group are committed. It is a matter of course for our employees to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries in which they work and to fulfil their obligations in a reliable manner. Whistle-blowing system

A key component of our compliance management system is our whistle-blower system, which allows violations of compliance guidelines to be reported to us anonymously.   With the information, we can already counteract misconduct and threats to our business activities early on. This way, we can avert damage to the Crespel & Deiters Group, our employees and our business partners.
